My passion for cooking has been with me all my adult life. I pride myself on presentation and optimal freshness and flavor. I use only the freshest of ingredients, combining freshness and flavor to achieve great meals.

Before I moved to Palm Springs, California in 1992 I operated a catering business in Orange County, California for ten years. I have called La Quinta home for the past eight years. I have done numerous corporate events such as:
